Manage your billing in the customer portal
You can manage everything about your subscription in the Tappla billing portal: tappla.chargebeeportal.com. Log in with your account email.
Update your payment method
In the billing portal, open Payment Methods to add or update the card on file. If a payment failed — usually an expired or bank-blocked card — update the card there and the charge will retry automatically. Your app stays live while you sort it out.
Find and download your invoices
All of your invoices are in the billing portal under Billing History, with your organization's name and address — exactly what a finance team, city, or church accounting office needs. Invoices are also emailed to your billing contact automatically.
Upgrade or change your plan
Change your plan anytime from the billing portal, or use a direct checkout link:
