Apple TV — native tvOS app, submitted through your own Apple Developer account.
Roku — native Roku SDK channel. Roku discontinued Direct Publisher in January 2024, so Tappla builds native SDK channels instead.
Fire TV and Android TV — native app.
Web — a web app version of your channel.
What we do not support
Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs.
YouTube as a video source. Tappla connects to Vimeo, a CDN, HLS streams, or a JSON feed.
In-app paywalls, subscriptions, or ad insertion. Tappla is for free or already-paid content; for paywalls, use a platform like Uscreen.
